- In-stock orders placed before 2PM EST are processed and shipped the same day.
- Most orders within the U.S. arrive within 1-2 business days.
- If selected at checkout, we guarantee next-day delivery for all orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout for your convenience.
We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@frameamo.com. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following the guidelines above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if an item is returned in a different condition than described or if it has been used.
