We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. (Please note our policy on Final Sale items below.)

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: returns received without original packaging will incur a $20 handling fee.

Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages or Order Issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@frameamo.com. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following the guidelines above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@frameamo.com for assistance.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if an item is returned in a different condition than described or if it has been used.


Final Sale Items

Certain items are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return. Final sale items include all oversized frames with any dimension larger than 25 inches.

Final sale status is clearly indicated on the product detail page before an item is added to cart.

Final Sale Eligibility Exceptions

While final sale items are not returnable, we will absolutely stand behind our workmanship and packaging:

  • If your final sale item arrives damaged (with photo documentation):

  • If the issue is due to customer error (incorrect size ordered, item no longer needed, etc.):
    Returns and exchanges are not accepted for final sale items.
