By placing an order with Frame Amo, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of successful delivery.
  • Any claims regarding non-receipt must follow the process outlined below.

Delivery Issues & “Not Received” Claims

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. You must contact us at hello@frameamo.com within 24 hours of marked delivery.
  2. We will initiate a carrier trace.
  3. You may be required to provide:
    • Confirmation that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct
    • A signed affidavit of non-receipt
    • A police report (in cases of theft)
    • Security camera footage (if available)

We allow up to 15 business days for carrier investigation, as packages occasionally arrive after being prematurely marked delivered.

Resolution for Confirmed Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier confirms loss or theft:

  • We will provide a replacement at no charge, subject to product availability.
  • Refunds are issued only if:
    • A replacement is not available, or
    • Required documentation (e.g., police report) is provided in verified theft cases.

Failure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation may void eligibility for replacement or refund.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns received without original packaging incur a $20 handling fee.

Return authorization is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Approved returns will receive a prepaid label and return instructions.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@frameamo.com and provide clear photo documentation of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Failure to provide documentation within 72 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

If damage is confirmed:

  • We will offer a replacement at no cost.
  • If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following the guidelines above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post funds.

Return shipping fees apply. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee if returned items are used or returned in altered condition.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return. Final sale status is clearly indicated on the product detail page before an item is added to cart.

Chargeback Policy

Before initiating a chargeback, customers are required to contact Frame Amo directly and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue according to this policy.

Filing a chargeback without first following the above resolution process may result in submission of delivery confirmation, policy acknowledgment at time of purchase, and communication history (or lack thereof) to the issuing financial institution for review.
