Our frames are listed for the exact picture size, with 1/2 inch display cut off. For example, a 22x28-18x24 matted frame will fit a 22x28 poster exactly and display 21.5x27.5 without the mat. It will display 17.5x23.5 with the mat. An 18x24 poster can also be taped to the back of the mat in this case. The frame outer dimensions will be slightly larger than 22x28 in this case (see details on any product page).
