- How Do I Select the Correct Frame or Mat Size? Our frames are listed for the exact picture size, with 1/2 inch display cut off. For example, a 22x28-18x24 matted frame will fit a 22x28 poster exactly and display 21.5x27.5 without the mat. It will display 17.5x23.5 with the mat. An 18x24 poster can also be taped to the back of the mat in this case. The frame outer dimensions will be slightly larger than 22x28 in this case (see details on any product page).
- What materials are your frames made of? Our frames are crafted from high-quality materials. These materials include tempered glass front and solid wood border.
- Can I order large quantities? Yes, that is what we actually offer: A way for you to order premium quality frames in large quantities.
- Do you offer custom frame sizes? Not at the moment. We only offer sizes that we have pre-manufactured.
- Do You Use Acid Free Mats & Backing? All our mats are acid-free and lignin-free and can be used in front and behind your picture/artwork inside the frame to protect it.

- How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

- Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

- How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the size of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process. Please note that orders over 150 lbs will ship via ground freight.
- Do you offer international shipping? No, we only offer in-market shipping services at the moment.
- What should I do if my frame arrives damaged? If your frame arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

- How do I clean and maintain my frame? To clean your frame, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust. For the glass front, you can use a mild glass cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Can I hang my frame in a humid environment? While our frames are designed to be durable, we recommend avoiding excessive humidity to prevent potential damage to the frame and its contents.
