Official UGC Collaboration Terms & Conditions

1. Collaboration Overview

By joining this program, participants will receive one (1) free picture frame in exchange for creating and posting original user-generated content (UGC).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older.
No purchase necessary to participate.

3. How It Works

Selected collaborators will be sent one free Frame Amo picture frame to feature in their content.
Only one complimentary product per collaborator per campaign is permitted.
Participating constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.

4. Deliverables & Posting Requirements

Collaborators must create and publish one (1) video post or four (4) photos post featuring the received frame.
Both posts must be published within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
All posts must tag our official accounts: @FrameAmo on Instagram, Facebook, and X; and @Frame.Amo on TikTok.
All Instagram posts must be posted jointly as collaborator posts with @FrameAmo's official account.
Posts must be original, publicly viewable, and remain live for at least 6 months.

5. Non-Compliance

If required posts are not published within the 2-week timeline, or posting requirements are not met, the collaborator may be removed or banned from future Frame Amo collaboration opportunities at the sole discretion of Frame Amo.

6. Product Details

Product is provided free of charge for the sole purpose of content creation.
No additional payment, compensation, or store credit will be provided.
Shipping is covered by Frame Amo.

7. Marketing & Usage Rights

Collaborators grant Frame Amo full rights to use, modify, reproduce, publish, and distribute all submitted or publicly posted UGC.
Content may be used across all marketing channels, including social media, email, website content, advertising, and printed materials.
Content may be edited, adjusted, or combined with other creative materials.
No compensation beyond the free product will be provided for usage rights.
