The outer dimension of the frame is larger than the listed dimensions by 0.75 inch on each side (Therefore, a 24x32 frame has outer dimension of 25.5x33.5) and the display area is smaller than the listed size by 0.25 inch on each side, for holding purposes. (As a result, a 24x32 frame displays 23.5x31.5).
