Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Giveaway Overview

By entering this giveaway, participants have a chance to win $50 in store credit every month for 12 months, applicable toward any picture frames in our catalog.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Employees of Frame Amo, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

• Subscribe to our email list through the official entry form.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Signing up constitutes agreement to receive email updates from Frame Amo.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected and announced on July 1, 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond, another winner will be selected.

5. Prize Details

• The winner will receive $100 in store credit each month for 12 months, totaling $1,200.
• Credit can only be used for picture frame purchases on our website.
• Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Shipping fees are not included and must be paid separately by the winner.

6. Winner Content Submission Requirement

• The winner agrees to submit at least one (1) photo or video review per month for the duration of the giveaway (12 months total).
  
• Each submission must feature the picture frame received that month in a creative or practical setting.
• Submissions should be provided in within 2 weeks of receiving the product each month, sent directly to marketing@frameamo.com.
  
• Failure to submit monthly content may result in forfeiture of future giveaway prizes at the sole discretion of Frame Amo.

7. Marketing & Usage Rights

• The winner grants Frame Amo a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, and distribute all submitted photos and videos.
• Content may be used across various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, website content, and printed materials.
  
• Submitted media may be edited, adjusted, or combined with other materials for promotional purposes.
• The winner understands that no compensation beyond the giveaway prize will be provided for submitted content.
  

8. General Conditions

• Frame Amo reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party, including social media platforms.
