The frame itself is larger than the listed dimension by 1 inch (As a result, the 3x5 frame has an outer frame dimension of 4x6), while the picture display area is slightly smaller than the listed dimensions by 0.35 inch for holding purposes (Hence, the 3x5 frame has a picture display area of 2.65x4.65 inch).
