The outer dimension of the frame is larger than the listed dimensions by 0.75 inch on each side (Therefore, a 20x30 frame has outer dimension of 21.5x31.5) and the display area is smaller than the listed size by 0.25 inch on each side, for holding purposes. (As a result, a 20x30 frame displays 19.5x29.5).
