Ten (10) Mats. Black, premium-grade with 45-degree bevel cut with white core. The mat is 4-ply (1/16 inch thick).
- The outer dimensions of the mat equal the size of the frame and the inner dimension equals the desired picture display. (Therefore, 16x20 mat for 11x14 picture will fit into a 16x20 frame).

WARNING:: Inner display area of a mat is 0.5 inch smaller than the listed dimensions (10.5x13.5).

QUALITY: All Mats are acid-free and lignin-free, they are made from 100% virgin alpha-cellulose paper. Mats are resistant and have a 45-degree bevel interior cut.
SIZE: The mat fits in a frame of the same dimensions as the outer (first listed) dimensions of the mat. (As a result, 16x20 mat for 11x14 picture will fit into a 16x20 frame exactly). The inner (second listed) dimension represents the displayed dimensions of the picture. (Hence, 16x20 Mat for a 11x14 picture will display the center 11x14 portion of the picture).
DISPLAY AREA: The display area is 0.5 inch smaller than the listed inner dimensions, for holding purposes. (Therefore, a, 16x20 mat for 11x14 picture has a picture display area of 10.5x13.5 inch)
