Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Marketplace Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our online sales strategies, online user experience and interface, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing all strategic E-commerce accounts in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, encompassing comprehensive management of various aspects including service level metrics, sales, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and optimize our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the website
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives
  • Manage inventory levels, product listings, pricing, and promotions on our e-commerce platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with managing online brands on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or similar
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, etc
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and SQL is preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
